Property is fantastic, great pool, bright rooms. The staff at the reception desk. The location is favourable and unbeatable with private parking available on site. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants. When I am in Buenos Aires, I like staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was perfect, in a good neighborhood with lots of cool cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace. we had a fantastic experience.

Location very close to various restaurants and bars within walking distance, Palermo Soho and Plaza Serrano for a great evening at restaurants and bars, and numerous nice bars. Nearby Benaim - great place to chill out.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel in the cool Palermo area. The location was perfect, with easy access to trendy restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond, recommending a fantastic pizza place that led to a fun carnaval night. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a reliable internet connection. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruit, croissants, eggs, and sliced ham. The value for money was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

Room had only 2 tiny single beds which were inadequate for an adult. Wi-fi was a bit unreliable at time

The breakfast is quite nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is ok, even though it's even better to be close to the subway. It's close to big avenues so you can travel by bus to other parts of the city. The hotel building is brand new.

The rooms are not very clean. Luckily the building is very new, but they don't clean the rooms well, and in one occasion we had to ask to be cleaned and towels brought because they forgot. Even though the staff was quite helpful, on the last day we had a family problem and had to leave the hotel urgently, two hours after official checkout time. They didn't tell us anything and charged for a full day, and also charged for minibar products we didn't use. We were in shock because of our personal situation, so we didn't see this until later on at home. This leaves a bad feeling about the hotel and how we were treated, so I wouldn't go again.

The rooms were airy and huge, they come with free WiFi, a safe, coffee. The breakfast was very very good with lots of options. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants and shopping as well as the nice Palermo.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the cool Palermo area was perfect for us. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service room service was top-notch. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a lovely terrace to relax on. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection of delicious food.

We highly recommend this place. It offers excellent comfort and quality services.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. It's tucked away on a leafy side street in a great neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with the comfiest beds ever! The staff is polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. They even exchanged currency for us at the official rate. The breakfast spread was excellent and offered a wide variety of options.
